Historic environment management

Familiarity with a wide range of landscapes and extensive experience in the assessment of the heritage resource and preparation of appropriate management plans for all scales of site. Preparation of management plans for buildings and sites, and conservation appraisal reports for village and townscape. Liaison with consultees including Historic England, Natural England, local authority officers and land managers.

Recent projects include characterization and management of Yorkshire moorland archaeology; Management plan for Grassington Moor; and assessment of grip blocking impacts on the historic environment of Swaledale and Arkengarthdale, North Yorkshire.
